Special Thank Yous
My partner, Cody and I, have always been rather independent people. We like that we can rely on ourselves and each other, and usually don't need much more than that. It's very true that because of our stubborn, independent nature, we have a really hard time asking for help... with anything... especially when we need it. That is why it means more to us than we truly know how to express that there are those out there willing to help us, with or without our asking.
We would like to take a moment to thank those of you who have already helped, and/or will be helping us out in one way or another. Whether you have offered ideas, crafting items to help get us started, your own skills, or other donations, your help is truly appreciated by both of us. We are so filled with love and gratitude for the amazing people we have in our lives and we thank you. Not just for your help with our big day, but for being your awesome selves.

Our Dream
Now I know many out there think of weddings and almost automatically think of those huge over the top weddings that are similar to what you would find in some fairy tale about princesses and princes. The ones with carriages and white horses, fluffy white or some pastel colored ball gowns and matching tuxedos. Like the ones you see in movies and on TV... The ones that come with a price tag as over the top as the wedding itself is...
One of those over the top huge and fancy weddings... Is NOT our dream wedding what so ever. As we are simple down to earth people, we are looking for something down to earth and simple yet magical and fun for all involved. Something that is smaller and more intimate. Something quiet, surrounded by nature and our closest of friends and family.
To help us reduce costs, I will be crafting any and all floral arrangements, and most other decorations, including way signs, invitations, and anything I can that we need. My amazing partner who has been helping me every step of the way, is also taking on the task of everything electronic and technical including creating our own wedding remix. As you saw above, we have already crafted our own cake topper and found ourselves wonderfully fortunate enough to have a friend who will be helping by making us our very own geode cake!!! We were also equally blessed to find we have a friend who will be helping us with hair and make up, as well as a few friends who have helped us out with other really awesome donations. We are currently working on a few other crafts that I will post as we finish them. Through the help of some really amazing family and friends we are finding ourselves getting closer and closer to our goal, not just our date.
However, we could really use some help reaching our final goal as there are certain aspects that just won't accept Snuggle Buddies, paintings and other crafted goods in trade for their services and our wedding date is getting rather close. The purpose of this page is to help us fund our simple but magical dream wedding. Any purchases you make from this site between now and August 24th, 2019, will be going towards the funding of our wedding. We are hoping to spend no more than $1500 total on our wedding. These totals will include not only donations, but all money that Cody and I put towards our event as well. After our wedding all funding made by this site will go back towards the further advancement of Witch Way Works and our affiliate sites.
