Hot off the hook, the new Titania top (pattern by Earth Tricks).
This one looks to be about a small/medium in size, with stretch/wash room to make it more like a medium.
It would work great as an over shirt, adding a Renaissance fairy like look to your attire.
The bell sleeves are about 14 inches across at their widest point, intentionally made so the bells wouldn't cover the hands and get in the way.
The yarn is discontinued, but its label says its hypoallergenic, moth proof, and machine washable (with like colors, lay flat to dry or use lowest heat settings on your dryer).
